45 Days Urgent Delivery: 8-Ton Shaft Sleeves for MMK

MMK, our long-term cooperative customer, urgently requested shaft sleeves. To assist the customer in resolving this pressing issue, our production department responded swiftly by implementing a 24-hour, three-shift operation system, working against the clock to meet the production schedule. The shaft sleeves for this project weighed 8 tons, were made of 34CrNiMo material, and had an outer diameter of 1400mm.

Faced with the tight production timeline, all departments coordinated closely. Ultimately, we completed the production task within the 45-day delivery period required by the customer.
